What is Power of Wind?

Power of Wind is the grassroots movement of Americans who want more clean, homegrown wind energy to power our country. We urge policymakers at the state and federal level to keep growing what has become a major new source of U.S. manufacturing jobs, an economic engine for farmers, ranchers, and rural communities, and a source of affordable electricity that will never run out.

Power of Wind is a project of the American Wind Energy Association, a national trade association representing wind power project developers, equipment suppliers, services providers, parts manufacturers, utilities, researchers, and others involved in the wind industry - one of the world's fastest growing energy industries.
